Fred spoke about the Harvey’s Lake and Lake Oneida Tournaments.
Fred also gave a run down of our three upcoming open bass tournaments. Two on Lake Wallenpaupack and one at Harvey’s Lake.
Fred is helping run the PA TBF State Classic. Our club has three anglers fishing in the event (Dan Swartz III, Bob Davidson Sr., and Dave Kozlansky all as co-anglers)

District 7 meeting was held on 9/9.
Fred Lewis of Leggett’s Creek Bassmasters made a motion and was 2nd by Neil Van Ness of Wayne County Bassmasters that the AOY for District VII get a cash option if they do so wish instead of a jacked for AOY. The value was agreed upon by the board to be $60 and the motion was passed unanimously. Current AOY recipients and ones that are still owed are being contacted for their choices. All have chosen the cash option and none have received their checks as of today.
We handed in a written request for $50 from the Y&E fund for their crib project held on June 7, 2008.
Nomination of officers is going to be held at the next District 7 meeting on October 14th.
PA TBF State Classic is October 3 & 4 on Chesapeake Bay.

A reminder for all members interested in staying in the club for 2009 that a combined state and national dues of $55 is due at the October club meeting. All members must have their money, updated address, updated telephone number, and FLW expiration date that needs to be good through the entire 2009 calendar year. If a member is not going to be at the meeting please get your information and money to another member to bring to the meeting. Our roster and check needs to be in by October 31st to the State Membership Director.
Fred Lewis made a motion that our club gives $50 to each club member fishing the PA TBF Classic to help offset cost. All were in favor and each member that fishes will receive this reimbursement.

D7 meeting was held on 11/11
There will be an East & West Mr. Bass for 2009
Total of 30 automatic State Classic bids will come from Mr. Bass tournaments
The number of boats was raised to 95 for the State Classic
6 man regional can now be held on the 2nd to last or last weekend in June
District 1/3/7 format to stay in place for 2009 tournaments
D7 tournament will be held on 6/28 at Oneida
Eastern Regional will be held on 6/26-6/27 at Oneida
State Classic will be held 10/2-10/3 on Raystown
FLW cup will be held on 3 Rivers starting 7/30
Tabled 4 man Regional format until later in 2009

Attendance Policy: Currently 50% across the board.
Proposed amendment is that senior or junior members that are 65+ years old to start the season on January 1st or are 23- years old to start the season on January 1st of a season are required 25% attendance instead of the standard 50%. All other things stay the same according to attendance.
