New rule—any boat owner for a BASS sanctioned tournament must have a min. of (300,000) liability insurance
2003 dues collected from Dale Price, Brian Clark, & Rob Polishan

Treasurer’s report by Scott Lacoe ending balance $25.25
2003 by-laws were distributed to all in attendance
Tournament schedules were handed out for NABA, PASA, Renegade & FLW
Voted to purchase 3 year extended warranty for club scale @ $68
Voted on 2003 tournament sites
They are as follows: Lake Wallenpaupack, Lackawanna St. Park, Prompton Dam, Lake Ontario, White Oaks, & Duck Harbor
Gary Grochowski presented the club shirts and fleeces
Tickets for 2/9/03 & 2/23/03 drawings were distributed
.50 per ticket goes toward shirt purchase & .50 goes into club

220 tickets were sold for profit of $89 towards state team
Rich Pollina and Chris G. received 10 tickets towards attendance credit for selling state team raffle tickets
District 7 patches were sold to team members in attendance (Chris G. still owes $3.00)
New rosters were distributed by Dave Kozlansky to all in attendance
Weekly daily number tickets were approved for next state team fund raiser
Make sure to identify pm drawing on daily number tickets
Gary Grochowski has club shirts & fleeces on order, should be available by next meeting

Fish commission contacted Dave K. about Prompton tournament, Mark G. trying to contact fish commission to inquire about reason
