Susquehanna Fishing Tackle will be donating $10 per shirt
One Stop Sports Shop will offer 15% off to members, you will need to show your current TBF card in order to get the discount
Durlam Lumber will donate $100
Gemini dropped the price down to $67 per shirt in honor of their logo being on the shirts
Boat Docktor is also going to sponsor, not clear at this time in what form
Still waiting to hear from J&B Printing & Wacky Worm to see if they may offer any assistance towards the purchase of the shirts
Current price of the shirts is around $52-$55
So far there have been 25 shirts requested and example #6 was voted on for the style
Voted on the zipper style shirt and logo presented by Dan
Benefit for Brody Park went well, over $18,000 was raised
Trying to arrange open bass tournaments in April as well as Labor Day weekend to benefit Brody Park

Vendors will be at the November state meeting
Raffle calendars were distributed to members in attendance. The cost will be $20 per ticket and will be used as a fundraiser for the state
Current adult TBF membership is at 663 for the state
All members for 2010 must renew their membership to expire on 12/31 of the expiration year depending upon length of membership chosen
There will be a vote at the November state meeting to have 2009 as the last year to fill out the State Classic tournament by going down the list of anglers if the top qualifying spots are not filled by those who qualified
Also voting to move Mr. Bass East & West to Sept/Oct and Classic to April/May
D7 officers will be nominated at the October meeting and voted on at the November meeting

State looking to update web-site for 2010
Vendors will be at the November state meeting
Raffle calendars were distributed to members in attendance. The cost will be $20 per ticket and will be used as a fundraiser for the state
Current adult TBF membership is at 663 for the state
All members for 2010 must renew their membership to expire on 12/31 of the expiration year depending upon length of membership chosen
There will be a vote at the November state meeting to have 2009 as the last year to fill out the State Classic tournament by going down the list of anglers if the top qualifying spots are not filled by those who qualified
Also voting to move Mr. Bass East & West to Sept/Oct and Classic to April/May
D7 officers will be nominated at the October meeting and voted on at the November meeting
Next D7 meeting will be held on 9/8

All new members from 2009 were voted back in for 2010 (Pacholec, Altieri, Cognigni, Gilpin, Murray)
Fred Lewis advised he was contacted by one of the members in question from the Lake Carey incident to take a polygraph test.  That individual did take & pass the test.  He has since contacted Fred and mentioned he may take legal action against the officers of Leggett’s creek and/or it’s members.  Fred made the notion to contact a lawyer to protect the club and it’s members if any such action is taken by the individual in question.
